Collaborating with clients to define system requirements, the full-time remote Business Solutions Architect will manage technical documentation and ensure IRT projects meet clinical study protocols. Key responsibilities Collaborate with clients to define and document system requirements and enhancements for existing builds Act as a subject matter expert on clinical study protocols for moderate to high complexity studies Author specifications for IRT, randomization, kit lists, and interfaces while supporting UAT setup and execution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; relevant experience in the IRT industry may substitute 2-4 years of experience in a software business analyst role with a strong understanding of technical concepts 2-4 years of mandatory IRT experience Prior experience with voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms preferred Familiarity with SQL is a plus
