Partnering directly with supervisors and managers, the full-time remote Business Solutions Analyst will solve operational challenges through technology by designing practical solutions, building no-code tools, and automating processes to enhance team effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Work with leaders to understand their goals and translate needs into technology solutions Design and implement solutions that address recurring challenges, including custom-built tools and optimized processes Create and configure prebuilt tools such as trackers, dashboards, and forms to streamline operations Required Qualifications Associate degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience One or more years of experience building technology solutions or supporting operational teams Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, particularly in Google Sheets/Excel Ability to design practical solutions that address business problems effectively Resourceful mindset with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with non-technical staff
