To support the analysis and improvement of business information systems, the remote Business Solutions Analyst will perform needs analyses, conduct feasibility studies, and serve as a liaison between customers and technical teams for a 12-month contract position. Key Responsibilities Perform needs analyses to identify opportunities for new or improved business process solutions Conduct business process reengineering and feasibility studies to enhance system capabilities Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and develop comprehensive business cases for IT solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, with additional experience potentially substituting for education Minimum of five years of experience in applying analytical processes on IT projects, with at least three years in business systems analysis and design Experience in eliciting and documenting business processes using industry-standard methodologies Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Scrum methodology Strong analytical and testing skills, with the ability to document proposed improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities
