  • Take ownership of analytical problem‑solving, from data preparation to insight generation.

Client Partnership & Business Impact

  • Autonomously engage with clients on a day‑to‑day basis to deeply understand their business context and objectives.
  • Parameterise business questions into analytical problem statements and deliver ad‑hoc analyses to advance projects.

  • Strong passion for data, deep knowledge of statistics or applied mathematics, and hands‑on experience applying advanced methodologies (e.g., regression analysis) to solve business problems using tools such as Python or R.
  • Hands‑on experience with MMM/O and strong understanding of marketing measurement.
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in translating complex technical analyses into clear, actionable insights and compelling stories for diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated team‑oriented mindset, management experience, and the ability to develop talent, build high‑performing teams, and manage projects with strong delivery discipline.
