The job itself

The BDM (EU Market) acquires and manages IBs, affiliates, and traders, driving growth and expanding our client's FX/CFD presence in EU. They build strong partner relationships, promote our client's trading products, and execute market-specific sales strategies to boost deposits and activity. What you need to bring

• Communication: Native-level English other EU languages are a plus, able to build trust and close high-value partnerships remotely or on-site
• Business Development: Proven ability to manage IBs/affiliates/key clients with a solid, verifiable portfolio (e.g., €100K+ monthly net deposits) from a reputable brokerage
• FX/CFD Expertise: Strong understanding of the EU trading market and its regulatory environment
