Loan ProcessorAs a Processor, you will manage loans from underwriting through loan approval and ensure defect-free mortgage files. Your responsibilities will include:Review loan applications and dataConform key documents and data to our fundamental modelVerify documents and data are true, accurate, correct, and completeProject manage the loan from underwriting to loan approvalSeek resolution of any issues by problem-solving and collaborating with team membersCoordinate with third parties for delivery of title and insuranceKeep borrower and internal stakeholders updated with conditions, need and loan statusReview and analyze reports such as title, insurance, credit, background, bank statements and entity documentsThis will initially be a hybrid position (3 days in office). Candidates are required to be located in the San Antonio, Texas area.Requirements:Undergraduate degreePrior mortgage processing experience is required.
