There is a potential to extend the contract past two yearsTeam CompositionThere are approximately 20 people on the team, including 3 managers. There are two existing PM1’s on the team, so this would be the third PM1. There are 15 PM’s and the PM1 would have an opportunity to work on all types of projects from the PM’sProject FocusThe team works on the project management of the construction of solar interconnection projects (i.e., residential, commercial & industrial)Daily TasksThe PM1 position is supporting the Solar Distribution Interconnection Project Management team.
Day to day tasks include opening and closing projects, processing invoices within AS8, and helping the PM team with various other tasks to ensure projects run smoothlySkills RequiredTechnical degree would be nice, must be proficient at typing and able to pick up different software skills quickly. Must be a problem solver. PMP a plus.
Electric utility experience extremely beneficial. There will be no overtime in this role.
