Business Professional - Payroll Analyst

Temporary Position***This is a true temporary position -- no opportunity for conversion to FTE after 12 months.***Position Summary: This team completes all tasks associated with terminations (including deceased employees), new hires, retro wage payments, manual check requests, and monitoring the repayments made due to overpayments utilizing ADP PayForce, ADP Smart Compliance, Workday, and Bank of America on-line website.• Process payment of wages for newly hired employees• Run and analyze retro report to determine amount due to employees• Process final payment of wages due to deceased employees• Reissue payment of direct deposit returns• Daily entry of ACH transactions• Run and save various payroll reports• Perform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:• High School + 5 years' experience in Payroll Department or Associate degree + 2 years' experience in Payroll Department• Strong analytical skills• Advanced knowledge of system/PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Ability to be detail oriented, accurate and have effective communication skills• Experience maintaining confidentiality and working in a deadline-driven environmentDesired Qualifications:• Prior experience with ADP systems and/or Workday• Bachelors degree in Accounting, HR or Finance• CPP certification
