Import/Export CoordinatorLocation: Tewksbury, MA Duration: 0 – 3 Months Shift: M-F 7am start Rate: $28/hour-$30/hourThe Export Shipper is responsible for preparing, documenting, and coordinating domestic and international shipments in compliance with company policies and export regulations. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with customs, trade, and transportation requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process domestic and international shipments according to customer and regulatory requirements.Create and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and shipping labels.Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations, customs laws, and international shipping requirements.Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal departments.Schedule pickups and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.Verify shipment accuracy against sales orders, purchase orders, and packing instructions.Package products securely to prevent damage during transportation.Maintain records of export transactions and shipping documentation.Operate shipping software and ERP systems to process orders and generate shipping documents.Monitor inventory of shipping supplies and packaging materials.Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or customs issues.Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.Assist with warehouse, receiving, and inventory activities as needed.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.1 to 2 years of shipping experience.
