We are recruiting a proactive Business Product Support Officer to support Optima and wider workforce systems. You will work with the Business Product Lead to improve frontline services and rostering practices. What You'll Do: Maintain accurate data, manage user access, and support daily ESR interface processes. Respond to user queries, investigate issues, and produce reports and audits. Support system upgrades, testing, and create guidance for users. What We're Looking For: Strong technical knowledge of Optima and experience as a key or senior systems user. Good understanding of data quality, system administration, and application support.
