Business Product Support Officer (Fully Remote)

• We are recruiting a proactive Business Product Support Officer to support Optima and wider workforce systems.
• You will work with the Business Product Lead to improve frontline services and rostering practices.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate data, manage user access, and support daily ESR interface processes.
• Respond to user queries, investigate issues, and produce reports and audits.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and create guidance for users.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong technical knowledge of Optima and experience as a key or senior systems user.
• Good understanding of data quality, system administration, and application support.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
