Business Process Technical AssistanceLocation: Pierre, SDDuration: 2.5 YearsMinimum Qualifications:Have at least 2 years' experience with the implementation of an eligibility and enrollment system, with preference being for South Dakota-specific experience.Have knowledge of federal legislation effecting Medicaid and CHIP programs (e.g. Social Security Act, Affordable Care Act, etc.).Have knowledge of Medicaid eligibility criteria (MAGI or Non-MAGI) with preference being for South Dakota specific experience.Have experience and knowledge of the CMS Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment Toolkit (MEET).Have knowledge and experience working with legacy eligibility and enrollment systems.Responsibilities:Attend status meetings with the E&E system and IV&V vendorsReview vendor deliverables and provide comments and recommendation to approve or request changes for each deliverableParticipate in requirements validation, system configuration and design sessionsAssist with the review of test cases provided by the vendor and the development of additional test cases and test data to facilitate user acceptance testingParticipate in User Acceptance TestingAssist with update of EA policies, procedures and user manualsOther duties related to testing as assigned by the EA Division Director or her delegated representative, as needed.
