Working remotely, the full-time Business Process Reengineering Analyst will serve as a thought partner and technical coordinator for a SaaS solution migration project, focusing on designing and implementing a consistent work tracking methodology using Jira. Key responsibilities Collaborate with internal leadership to develop a work tracking framework that integrates across various organizational levels Translate strategic methodologies into actionable Jira configurations, including boards, workflows, and dashboards Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure adoption of the new tracking processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of technology experience, with at least 5 years in business process engineering Proven experience in designing work tracking and reporting processes within large organizations Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with experience engaging both executive and team-level stakeholders Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust security clearance
