We are seeking a Business Process / Project Manager to support product and technology teams through project coordination, process improvement, stakeholder management, and operational planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Partner with product, technology, engineering, and business leaders to drive successful execution.
- Identify and implement improvements to business processes, workflows, and ways of working.
- Track project priorities, timelines, deliverables, risks, and next steps.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and hybrid team engagements.
- Communicate project status, priorities, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Identify operational issues and proactively develop solutions.
- Align project activities with business goals and product strategies.
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business process management, operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with product, technology, or cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a large enterprise or highly matrixed organization.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of technology operations and technical concepts.
Preferred
- Airline industry experience.
- Experience supporting product or technology leaders.
- Experience with business process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
