Driving the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process, the full-time remote Business Process Owner will define, govern, and continuously improve CLM practices across Gas Power Services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the end-to-end business process owner for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), focusing on process design, governance, and continuous improvement Define and maintain the CLM process strategy and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and operational objectives Establish and govern standard work for CLM across business lines and regions, driving simplification and minimizing customization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience Extensive experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Process Excellence Strong understanding of Gas Power Services commercial operating processes and contract execution workflows Demonstrated experience owning or governing cross-functional business processes in a complex global environment Proven ability to build alignment and influence outcomes across a broad range of stakeholders
