Business Process Management Analyst

Leading end-to-end process and system documentation initiatives, the full-time Business Process Management Analyst will collaborate across functional domains to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop prioritized remediation roadmaps in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Utilize the Process Maturity Model to assess and standardize evaluations of process and functional-area maturity Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze processes, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities Manage multiple projects to deliver system enhancements and process improvements on time and within budget Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) 3+ years of experience in evaluating business processes and leading improvement initiatives Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and toolsets Demonstrated experience creating project charters and documenting workflows
