Seeking seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant (BPC) to lead ITOM and CMDB process design, governance, and operating model initiatives within a ServiceNow environment. This role partners with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and ensure successful platform adoption.
Requirements:
- Recent hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM).
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Platform.
- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to independently complete assigned user stories with minimal supervision.
- Lead ITOM and CMDB process design and operating model development.
- Define CMDB governance, service ownership, and data management best practices.
- Align Discovery processes with operational and business requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and drive process decisions.
- Map business requirements to ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities.
