To support operational efficiency, the full-time remote Business Process Automation Analyst will systematically investigate workflows across departments, document processes, and identify automation opportunities to enhance productivity. Key responsibilities: Conduct structured interviews and observe workflows to identify high-value knowledge work for automation Document end-to-end processes and classify steps for automation, human verification, or manual handling Prioritize automation opportunities and manage the intake from the automation request portal Required qualifications: 3+ years in business process analysis, operations improvement, or workflow optimization Experience working across multiple departments or business units Familiarity with process mining, value stream mapping, or similar structured discovery methods Experience managing or contributing to an internal automation request intake process Background in gov-tech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
