To enhance operational efficiency in mortgage servicing, the full-time remote Business Process Automation Analyst will identify, develop, implement, and support automation solutions while leveraging expertise in robotic process automation (RPA), business intelligence, and database management. Key responsibilities Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and design, develop, and maintain UiPath bots and automated workflows Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions to provide actionable business insights Partner with business leaders to document workflows, support operational efficiency initiatives, and provide user training on automated processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in process automation, business systems, or business intelligence roles Experience developing and supporting UiPath automation solutions Strong SQL/database development skills and experience with Power BI dashboard development Familiarity with Microsoft Access database development and maintenance
