Continuous Improvement LeaderHybrid location: MinnetonkaWork with Urology Clinical Science Chief of Staff (Lean Sigma Master Black Belt) and internal functional leaders to develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to be rolled out over the next four quarters. Work will be focused largely on partnering with the Clin Sci Chief of Staff to scope improvement projects, map processes and systems, develop KPIs, complete formal capacity analyses for Clin Sci functions, and develop and execute communication and feedback loops for the organization.Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Utilize process mapping and modeling techniques to visually represent current and future-state processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements to business processes.Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and measure the impact of process improvements.Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing workflows and achieving business goals.Engage with stakeholders at various levels to understand business needs and objectives.Facilitate workshops and meetings as needed to gather input, share findings, and gain buy-in for process improvement initiatives.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.Requirements:3-5+ years experience in:Continuous Improvement leadership and project management, including charter development and milestone managementPrevious group/team and/or workshop facilitationProcess and value stream mappingCapacity analysis and resource modelingContinuous improvement tool set use (e.g. SIPOC, C&E matrix, control charts and/or other data visualization/graphic tools, product family matrices, etc).Change management strategies and communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
