- 3-5 years of Experience

- Understand and accurately document technical discussions and changes.
- Potentially explore the use of AI for documentation and process improvement.
- Experience in technical writing and/or technical business process analysis .
- Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence .
- Proficiency in database technology and SQL .
