HR Reporting AnalystWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the US HR Reporting team as an HR Reporting Analyst. This role will be responsible for designing and building ad-hoc reports, supporting reporting mailbox management, and providing operational support. This position will interact with HR and the business to deliver reports based on requirements to enable data-driven decision-making and people insights in alignment with people strategies.Job ResponsibilitiesThe responsibility of this position is to provide HR Reporting support by:Develop, maintain and refresh HR DashboardsSupport reporting mailbox managementFulfill ad-hoc report requestsAdd/remove fields to existing reportsSupport for self-service reportsRun/Support scheduled reportingTroubleshoot operational issuesRun/Support quarterly/annual reportingUpdate automated report schedule changesRequired Skills/ExperienceThe individual must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the HR function. Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, or related discipline and 2-4 years of related work experience in HR reporting systems. Possess expertise with HR Systems, as a system administrator &/Or expertise working with SAP. Excellent business partnership skills, and skills in building broad relationships & networks.

Experience in creating and developing reports. Ability to earn and keep the confidence of stakeholders. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to think through complex, multidimensional problems. Flexible and able to respond quickly to changing job demands and prioritize multiple responsibilities. Possess strong HR knowledge, including an understanding of HR master data.
