Leading the development of business performance capabilities, the full-time remote Business Performance Associate Director will manage strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategy, investment, execution, and value realization across Global Quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of robust business cases for strategic initiatives, translating operational needs and financial considerations into clear recommendations Establish frameworks to track and demonstrate the value of strategic initiatives, partnering with initiative owners to ensure benefits are realized Integrate operational, portfolio, and financial data to identify performance trends and translate complex information into actionable insights Required Qualifications: Doctorate degree with 3 years of Quality and/or Operational Excellence experience, or Master's degree with 5 years, or Bachelor's degree with 7 years, or Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience Direct experience in cross-functional business operations and strategic project management Understanding of Quality and GxP Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen Ability to foster collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams
