To support the Procurement organization, the remote Business Performance Analyst will manage the end-to-end intake process for Power Platform requests, design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while ensuring compliance with governance and risk standards. Key responsibilities Own and manage the intake process for Power Platform requests, translating business needs into functional requirements and delivery plans Design, build, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions, ensuring adherence to standard design patterns and documentation practices Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on Power Platform capabilities and mentoring team members on best practices Required qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or a related field Advanced expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate Demonstrated experience in end-to-end solution delivery from intake through production support Strong skills in requirements elicitation and stakeholder communication Experience with governance, risk, and compliance in a regulated environment
