Role: Business Operations Specialist/Trainer
Job Type: Contract on W2
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Provide training on the ServiceNow SPM module to end users. The candidate should understand the SPM module and train on project management functions and specific workflows within the tool. They do not need to be a technical/development person.
- Training and Content Development for internal processes, including:
- Internal Demand Intake Process
- ServiceNow SPM Demand Management
- ServiceNow SPM Project Management
- ServiceNow Time Tracking Entry/Approval
- ServiceNow SPM Resource Management
- ServiceNow SPM Navigation and Reporting
Qualifications
- Experience training on the ServiceNow SPM module
- Ability to teach end users and explain workflows within the tool
- Strong communication and instructional skills; ability to translate system functionality into practical guidance
- Remote contract role (W2)
