This role requires deep expertise in DoD financial management, strategic planning, and executive decision support, and includes direct engagement with senior-level government stakeholders.Lead high-visibility strategic initiatives and manage senior-level client relationships across complex financial management and organizational prioritiesExecute and support long-term programmatic and strategic planning efforts, including rapid response to emerging client needsDevelop executive-ready analyses, recommendations, briefings, and decision-support materials for senior leadershipAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend actionable courses of actionSupport DoD strategic financial management activities, including programming, budgeting, execution, and spend plan analysisSupport mission-critical activities related to DoD programming and budget formulation, including Budget Estimate Submissions (BES), President's Budget (PB) materials, National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) certification documentation, O&M budgets, execution tracking, and financialImprove organizational effectiveness through business process analysis, governance support, and targeted transformation initiativesFacilitate senior-level meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder engagementsSupport organizational culture, workforce, and professional development initiatives aligned with client prioritiesPerform assigned duties independently, serving as a trusted advisor to senior client leadershipWhat You Will Need:Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
