Supporting and optimizing Merchant Services operations, the full-time remote Business Operations Specialist will manage transactional data analysis, oversee merchant onboarding processes, and drive operational efficiencies while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance payment workflows. Key responsibilities Lead comprehensive reconciliations of merchant services activity, analyzing trends and resolving discrepancies Oversee and streamline merchant onboarding processes to ensure compliance and efficiency Analyze transaction data to provide insights for operational decision-making and process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered 2-4 years of experience in merchant services, payments, banking operations, or reconciliations required Hands-on experience with payment platforms and merchant processors required Experience with reconciliations and exception research required Familiarity with chargeback management and financial systems is a plus
