Role:
- Identify high-impact workflows across Sales, CS, Marketing, Operations and Talent where AI can drive greater efficiency and commercial impact.
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and build AI-native solutions that fundamentally improve how teams work.
- Partner closely with the CEO to identify and deliver AI-driven opportunities across the business.
- Shape the company’s AI operating model, including defining best practices, tools and scalable workflows.
- Assess what to build in-house versus buy, and turn successful AI solutions into repeatable ways of working.
Requirements:
- An AI-native builder who has used agents, automations and AI tools to transform how real work gets done.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to independently analyse data and turn insights into impactful actions.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to align technical and commercial teams around priorities and execution.
- A high-output operator who can move quickly, take ownership and drive results across multiple teams.
