GTM Engineer (Salesforce & Revenue Systems) Full Time
You'll be responsible for connecting and managing key platforms including Salesforce, Clay, Gong, Apollo, 6sense, and marketing automation tools , ensuring clean data, reliable reporting, and scalable workflows across the business.
Own and optimize the Salesforce environment, including workflows, automations, reporting, and forecasting. Build and manage Clay enrichment workflows, lead scoring models, and AI-powered GTM processes. Connect and automate systems using APIs, webhooks, and low-code platforms such as n8n or Make. Develop executive reporting around pipeline health, conversion metrics, forecasting, and revenue performance. Improve data quality, attribution, lead routing, and operational efficiency across the GTM organization. Experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Systems . ? Strong hands-on Salesforce administration and workflow automation experience. ? Proven experience building and managing Clay workflows (certification highly preferred). ? This isn't a traditional Salesforce Admin or RevOps role. You'll have the opportunity to act as the architect and owner of an evolving GTM ecosystem, helping build the systems, automations, and intelligence that drive company growth.
