Key responsibilities Partner with commercial functions to understand business priorities and operational needs, providing structured analysis and follow-through Monitor performance metrics and synthesize data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations Independently lead strategic initiatives and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and alignment among stakeholders Required qualifications Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience Experience in Business Operations, Strategy and Operations, or a related commercial role Demonstrated project management experience with ownership of timelines and stakeholder alignment Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate implications clearly to diverse audiences Interest in applying AI and digital tools to improve business performance and efficiency
