Business Operations Manager

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will oversee the annual planning cycle, manage vendor operations, and lead cross-functional initiatives while collaborating closely with senior leadership. Key responsibilities Own the company's Annual Planning Cycle and operating cadence, ensuring strategic priorities are actionable across teams Lead the Gainbridge Vendor Management Program, including onboarding, budget tracking, and performance evaluations Drive the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability and clarity throughout the process Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or program management, preferably in fintech or regulated financial services Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from scope to delivery with independence and accountability Strong process design skills with the ability to create and implement effective systems Experience working directly with senior leadership and preparing materials for executive audiences Familiarity with fintech vendor ecosystems and proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
