Business Operations & AI Enablement Manager (Fully Remote)

• This firmwide leadership role partners with managers, directors, and principals to strengthen operational performance and support growth.
• The role leads AI, automation, data, and technology initiatives while supporting forecasting, KPIs, and management insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead responsible AI, automation, data, and technology solutions that improve operations, reporting, and firm performance.
• Assist with forecasts, KPIs, dashboards, and analyses that provide leadership with timely, actionable business insights.
• Partner with market leaders to strengthen operational consistency, address risks, and support strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

• Experience using AI and automation to improve business processes and internal operations is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or Claude, plus experience with business data, CRM hygiene, and analytics is expected.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-oriented skills are essential.
