To support ongoing strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Strategy and Business Operations Analyst will execute operational activities, prepare business review materials, manage reporting processes, and provide analytical support to drive informed decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities Own the preparation and presentation of Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews, consolidating KPIs and synthesizing trends into executive narratives Manage reporting cadences by gathering and analyzing metrics from cross-functional stakeholders to support forecasting and operational planning Deliver data-driven recommendations and insights that enhance operational improvements and strategic initiatives across teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related analytical field At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or business operations with a focus on analytical tasks Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
