Acting as a liaison between business lines to ensure the appropriate operational tasks are executed accurately and timely. This role partners with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues, produce actionable data, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience.Perform day-to-day CRM system tasksSupport data analysis, data input, and ongoing data management to ensure accuracy and usabilityCreate and perform analysis supporting the strategic goals of the teamCollaborate cross-functionally across multiple business lines and stakeholder teams to coordinate deliverables and complete operational tasksCreate, maintain, and analyze reports/dashboards to track performance, pipeline/booking status, and operational metricsManage contract records, amendments, and related documentation to support compliance and renewalsPromote and assist with internal and external customer support by responding to inquiries, coordinating next steps, and ensuring follow-throughSupport special projects and ad hoc assignments as neededWork overtime during critical timeframes as needed to meet business deadlinesQualificationsAssociate degree (or equivalent) and 5–8 years of related experiencePossess strong analytic skills and experience interpreting large data setsProficient in statistical analysis and data interpretationProven experience supporting a sales team; experience working with a remote workforce is strongly preferredStrategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working alongside executive leadershipDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions to drive tasks to completionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh learning agility with a strong willingness to learn and upskill in new tools, systems, and processesSelf-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.The base pay range for this position is:$83,640 - $115,005Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
