You will oversee functions of scheduling, chart preparation, patient registration, insurance verification and collecting patient deposits.What you will do in this role:Ensure that assigned areas are staffed by coordinating your team's schedule dailyYou will be responsible for completing chart preparation, data entry, collections, insurance verification and pre-certification as required by insurance plansYou will reconcile daily front office collectionsWork with the nurse manager and/or nurse coordinator to ensure your daily schedule is streamlinedYou will be responsible for opening and/or closing procedures of the facilityWhat Qualifications you will need:Minimum 2 years of experience in medical office setting highly preferred (i.e. ambulatory surgery center, hospital, doctors office)Lead or supervisory experience preferredBenefitsSky Ridge Surgical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
