Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and partner with the broader team to execute the strategic and transformation agenda
- Lead projects, applying logical and creative problem solving to deliver fact-based insights, formulate recommendations and drive execution
- Provide thought partnership to business partners and Senior Executives across the company
- Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo
Qualifications:
- Distinguished track-record of academic and professional achievement
- Can-do attitude and willingness to “roll-up” sleeves and take on the areas are necessary to drive impact
- 3-6 years of experience coming from a top strategy consulting firm
