Qualified candidates must have experience in general commercial litigation. Manage a high-volume case load and a wide variety of other tasks associated with complex commercial litigation and trials.
Team player with wide-ranging litigation experience, including depositions and pre-trial motion practice. Judicial clerkship is a plus, but not a requirement.
