Business Litigation Attorney

Law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities:

• Manage a broad range of complex business litigation matters from case assessment through resolution
• Represent clients in bankruptcy-related litigation, including contested matters and adversary proceedings
• Prepare and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and other legal filings
• Handle all phases of discovery, including drafting written discovery, reviewing document production, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses
• Support clients in insolvency and restructuring matters, including fraudulent transfer actions, plan confirmation disputes, trustee motions, and injunction proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategy and achieve favorable outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation
• Demonstrated experience managing cases through all stages of litigation
• Bankruptcy or insolvency litigation experience is preferred but not required
