Responsibilities

• Handle complex environmental regulatory and litigation matters.
• Navigate state and federal administrative agencies and court systems.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in courtroom settings, including motion hearings.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney in relevant fields.
• Strong background in regulatory and litigation matters.
• Experience with administrative law and agency proceedings.
• Demonstrated experience with environmental law and regulatory matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in Colorado or eligibility for admission.
