Business Litigation Associate (5+ Years Experience) - Madison, WI

Overview

We are seeking an associate with litigation experience to join our Madison, WI office. This position will assist with litigation, including research, motion practice, briefing, due diligence, arguing motions, and conducting trials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in
• Prior experience in private practice, with substantial litigation experience
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Wisconsin
