Short Summary

Seeking a mid-to-senior BI / Tableau Administrator with 8+ years of experience supporting Tableau Cloud, Salesforce, SQL/Azure SQL, and enterprise reporting platforms . The role focuses on Tableau administration, production support, troubleshooting, data validation, reporting environments, and integration support. Experience with Azure Data Factory and MuleSoft is preferred.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of relevant IT/BI experience
• Tableau reporting, extracts, subscriptions & scheduled jobs
• Strong SQL / T-SQL
• Salesforce objects, fields, relationships & user management
• Data validation and reporting issue resolution
• Environment management and deployments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Local to Connecticut and able to work onsite 1 day/week
• Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions and security.
• Monitor Tableau platform health, extracts, subscriptions and scheduled jobs.
• Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity and reporting issues.
• Support report developers, analysts and business users.
• Deploy and promote reports across Dev, Test and Production environments.
• Support and troubleshoot Azure SQL Database and reporting environments.
• Perform SQL troubleshooting, data validation and query performance analysis.
• Monitor Azure Data Factory pipelines and troubleshoot data-load failures.
• Support Salesforce data integration and reporting environments.
• Troubleshoot MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) integrations impacting reporting.
• Investigate root causes of data, integration and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with development, integration and architecture teams during incidents and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide guidance/training to team members.

Preferred:

Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft/RTF, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce reporting, and SSRS.
