Business Intelligence Support AnalystApplicants for this position are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately. Identify areas for data quality improvement and provide support in the resolution of data quality problems. Provide training and support to end users regarding BI solutions and the IBI data warehouse. Assist management and senior staff with the development of proposals and business cases. Develop end user documentation and communication plans.
Analyze and assess the impact of changes to Actuarial, Underwriting, Sales, Processing and Claims procedures/systems including rate revision changes on data and reporting requirements. Assist in the development of data management quality assurance standards and processes. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities as needed.
