Business Intelligence Reports DeveloperLocation: Annapolis, MD (Hybrid)Duration: 2-3 years ContractQualifications:B.S. degree in Computer Science or related fieldFive (5) or more years’ experience in MS SQL Server (writing and performance tuning)Scope of Work:The proposed resource(s) shall provide development services of processes and procedures associated with receipt, review, approval, and fulfillment of report and query requests utilizing the Odyssey case management solution by performing the following tasks:Testing reportsFormatting reportsDocumenting testing resultsCreating reports queriesDetermining report requirementsAdd new up and updated reports to established departmental documentationFollow established installation processes and change management proceduresReporting as follows:Weekly progress report on programs and projectWeekly report communicating project progress and statusWeekly time reporting on JIS provided formsAny additional reports as assigned by the supervising managerSkills Experience & Capability:Offeror shall propose resource(s) possessing the following preferred skills, experience, and capabilities:Demonstrate database and analytical skillsKnowledge and experience with creating reports in MS SQL Server (Report Builder 2012), Visual Studio, C# (C Sharp), .net and transmitting and reconstructing Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Structured Query Language (SQL)Ability to:Work productively and maintain effective working relationships with peers, end users, vendor development staff, all levels of management and Judicial personnelCritically think and problem solveProvide excellent communication and mentoring needsQuickly evaluate, learn and prototype new technologiesEffectively respond to emergency requests for ad-hoc data queriesExperience with:Testing and verification of reportsDeveloping and implementing process and procedures
