Supporting the marketing organization, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Principal in Sales Operations will build dashboards, analyze market and sales data, and provide actionable insights to enhance growth and performance across various departments. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for marketing performance and campaign effectiveness Analyze customer and market data to identify trends and growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics and reporting definitions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, statistics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or marketing analytics Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Advanced skills in Excel and experience with large datasets Experience with SQL and CRM platforms
