Business Intelligence Engineer
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer with a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence solutions. This role will focus on leveraging data to optimize supply chain performance and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the performance of the robotics supply chain and order management processes.
• Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on supply chain execution.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate critical aspects of supply chain performance.
• Employ data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop Tableau dashboards and other visualization tools to present actionable insights.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

• Designing Tableau Dashboards
• Strong Working Knowledge of SQL
• Background in Statistics, Programming, and Supply Chain

Skills & Experience Required

• 0-3 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Background (academic or professional) in statistics, programming, and supply chain.
• Experience with report creation and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers and business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as Kinaxis or SAP.
• Familiarity with QuickSight or other BI tools.
• Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or a related field.
