Business Intelligence Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead complex Salesforce initiatives with a heavy focus on Data integration and platform architecture. This role will play a key part in integrating Salesforce with Databricks, enterprise applications, and external data systems to drive real-time insights and scalable automation.

This is a hands‑on engineering role suited for someone who enjoys owning architecture decisions and building robust, secure integrations across modern data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs)
• Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and Databricks
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for internal and external application connectivity
• Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure clean data pipelines and synchronization
• Lead system integration efforts across ERP, marketing automation, and third‑party platforms
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce architecture
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
• Support CI/CD and DevOps best practices for Salesforce deployments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Databricks
• Experience with enterprise application integrations (ERP, data warehouses, external APIs)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and large dataset handling
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (II preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Azure
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
• Knowledge of data lake architecture
• Experience in high‑growth or enterprise environments
