Overview
We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support reporting and analytics initiatives. This role focuses on building intuitive, data-driven dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to translate complex data into user-friendly visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems
Required Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation
- Experience with Power BI (report building, dashboard development)
- Proven ability in data visualization and creating user-friendly reporting solutions
- Experience interpreting complex datasets and communicating insights clearly to business users
- Ability to work in a collaborative, Agile team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple data sources or systems
- Familiarity with semantic data modeling concepts
- Exposure to cloud-based BI environments (Azure preferred)
