- 1. Owns the semantic layer and reporting architecture strategy across Power BI, replacing today's ad-hoc, tribal-knowledge-dependent reporting
- 2. Design governed semantic models on top of gold layer
- 4. Architect workspace governance/access model
- 5. Enable self-service BI while preventing metric drift
- 6. Support Pharma Navigator and executive dashboard requirements
