Transforming healthcare through data, the full-time Business Intelligence Analytics Partner will develop and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive operational objectives in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other tools Ensures data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks, supporting continuous improvement in analytics methodologies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience One year of experience in a relevant role Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification in Clarity/Cogito/Caboodle as required Experience with data platforms such as SQL server and Data Bricks Familiarity with data validation and user acceptance testing processes
