The ideal candidate for this role will possess an analytic mind, excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.Primary Responsibilities:Functional business grouping of cloud IT environments for prospects and customersData analysis of cost, usage, performance, and availability in cloud IT environmentsBusiness analysis of our customer's cloud cost allocation processesImplementing our cloud analytics platform into our customer's cloud cost and IT environmentsProspect and customer project management and supportLiaison between customer and engineeringQualifications:MS or BS in IT or Finance, CS with MBA2-5+ years relevant experienceFinance and data analyticsBusiness intelligence and project managementDatabase programming in languages such as MySQL, R, SPSSExperience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalentWorking knowledge of IT and cloud infrastructureWorking knowledge of financial business processesSuperior communication and organizational skillsProven outstanding customer awareness and success
